WOW Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster, wholesaler, café and Academy based in Kuala Lumpur and operating throughout Asia.
 

What is specialty coffee?

Specialty coffee beans are grown in special or ideal climates and exhibit distinctive flavours which are representative of their variety, growing region and processing method. The beans are then expertly roasted by the WOW team to bring out their potential for you. We strive to ensure transparency and sustainability at every level of the supply chain.

Where do your coffee beans come from?
Our beans are sourced from all over the world by a dedicated team of buyers.

Where is your coffee roasted?
Our roasting facility is based in Kuala Lumpur We roast daily to order and make sure we evaluate our coffee through cuppings on a weekly basis to ensure a fresh and consistent product.

I have a coffee subscription but would like to change the delivery frequency or my coffee, is that possible?
Yes it is possible to change both of these. Please contact us at kelly.alc@gmail.com  and we’ll be happy to help.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship across to Malaysia via our dedicated website. BUT if you are somewhere else in the world, send us an email at kelly.alc@gmail.com  and we'll see how we can help!

What payment types do you accept? 
For all online orders, payment is via credit or debit Visa and Mastercard or online transfer via United Overseas Bank Berhad Account Number 260 3035 102 (Wellabs Sdn Bhd).

What is your delivery time and cost? 
Our coffee is freshly roasted to order so we have a standard shipping time of 2 – 4 working days (not including PH or weekends) using our shipping partner via Easy Parcel or Grab Delivery. We charge a flat fee of RM5 for standard shipping and RM8 for express but it’s free if you spend RM100 or more!

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Head over to Easy Parcel and enter your tracking number for up-to-date delivery times.

Can I pick my order up from one of your cafes? 
We offer pick up from the cafes as all of our online products come directly from our roastery

Why are the prices different in the cafe compared to the online store? 
WOW Online and the cafes operate as separate businesses with the cafés setting their own prices for retail products. Please speak directly to the stores should you have an issue with a product purchased from them. 

Can I get a refund? 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of our goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and perishable goods such as coffee, chocolate or teas cannot be returned.

If you have purchased a coffee art class and are unable to attend you can request a refund up to 5 days before the scheduled time of the class. We are unable to process a refund if it is after this time but you may be able to move the class date to a time that suits you. However no refund will be given on the rescheduled class. Please contact us for more information. 

Do you have gift vouchers? 
Yes we do have a range of gift vouchers which can be used for payment for coffee, brewing gear and coffee art classes.

How safe is my personal information on your site? 
We take privacy seriously. You can read our Privacy Statement and we promise to never disclose, sell or share your data to third parties. If you join our mailing list you will be asked to opt-in to marketing from WOW and our related brands but you are free to opt-out at any time.
